- Balance: Remaining 50% balance to be settled before final shipment.

Delivery Lead Time
- Ready Stock: Shipped within 4–7 working days after receipt of payment.
- Custom Sulam Usus: 15–30 working days, depending on order volume and structural complexity.
- Bulk / Corporate Orders: Production and delivery schedules are confirmed separately by contract.
After-Sales Support
- Complete care guides for garment maintenance and ongoing real-time shipment tracking updates are provided for every client.
Claim Requirements
- Filing Period: Claims must be submitted within 3 days of order receipt, accompanied by a mandatory unboxing video and clear photographic evidence.
- Exclusions: Natural dye variations and minor structural uniqueness inherent to handmade Intestines Embroidery patterns are considered hallmarks of authentic craftsmanship and not manufacturing defects.
- Resolution: Items damaged during transit are subject to shipping courier policies. Direct replacements are granted solely for verified manufacturing defects.
